So I guess I haven't blogged in a really long time! So long, in fact, that I can't run the new interface of the blog!! It used to be that you could only upload 5 pics at a time. Remeber? Right! And you had to load the oldest ones first newest last. I screwed it up several times, but you get the hang of it. So, now it is all new and spiffy. You can upload TONS of pics at the same time, and they are in the correct order!! And you can just click and move?!! WOW. But I don't know why I'm repeating all this, you would obviously know already. :)
So this was one beautiful sunny day earlier this summer. It was Princess's first "long" day outside. Seriously for like 5 hours. And I forgot sunscreen :(. But luckily my kids have my skin, and they don't need it. This is the first time I have looked at this picture in months. And I almost cried to see how green the grass was! Our poor lawn has all but died this year. We have fought, and fought, and FOUGHT to get good grass. This spring it was getting greener than it had ever been, and we had hope!! I don't know if it is the clay, the water, the heat, the sun, or WHAT other reason it could possibly be. All this grass is dead. :( Anyway. Think happy thoughts! It was beautiful once.
